Boarding / Daycare
The Smiling Dog offers cage-free play time, and large suites to rest in when they need time out of the playgroup. We offer 24 hour care with boarding and daycare options.
We offer full day or half day daycare. During daycare or boarding, the pups will have beds, water bowls and play equipment at all times. We provide a nap time and also offer fun add-ons like food toy puzzles to keep their brains healthy. Small dogs and big dogs are separated, but we have a family time room if a big dog and little dog come in together.

Requirements (daycare / boarding):
Meet and Greet Evaluation (for dogs)
Up to date on the following vaccines: Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP (dogs)
Negative Fecal test for parasites (done within the last year) (dogs)
Male dogs who are over 18 months old must be neutered
Rabies, FVRCP (cats)
Must be flea and tick free
Deposits:
We are limited in the number of dogs/cats we can take overnight and therefore we require a deposit to reserve a spot. All boarding reservations require a 50% deposit to hold the dates. You will have approximately 24 hours to pay the deposit or we will open up the spot to someone else.
The deposit is 100% refundable if you give us a 7 day notice when cancelling. The deposit is 50% refundable if you give us a 3 day notice when cancelling. Any cancellations within 3 days of the stay will forfeit the deposit.

Meals:
Meals are twice a day, morning and evening. If you need a lunch given just let us know. Please provide your dog's food in ziploc bags or a container - it's easier on their tummies if it's their own food. If you forget the food, don't worry, we have dog food available. $2/meal (small dogs) and $3/meal (large dogs)
